Spiral string wound filter cartridges provide an excellent solution to particulate removal for a broad range of industries.
VDB Filter’s precision wound cartridges are available in a comprehensive range of micron ratings, yarns, core lengths and various diameters. Cartridges have high dirt-holding capacity, accommodate high flow rates, most meet FDA requirements and offer a longer life time before changing out.
Computer-controlled machines create precision winding patterns and eliminate product variation and ensure accurate filtration ratings and high retention.
Various yarns (PP, washed PP, PE, bleached cotton, Ryton, Nylon, Glass) and cores (PP, 304 and 316 stainless steel, tinned steel) offer compatibility with a broad range of chemicals and high temperature applications.
MELT BLOWN FILTER CARTRIDGES
Melt Blown filter cartridges – high dirt-holding capacity and longer life time
VDB Filter melt blown filter cartridges are made of thermally bonded polypropylene micro fibres which enables an above average depth filtration.
The thermal bonded filter elements differ from others with its graded inside out density delivering high dirt holding capacity, high flow characteristic and a longer service life.
The used fibres vary in diameter from 5 till 25 microns and have an irregular three-dimensional structure, this enhances the filter accuracy.
Our cartridges are produced out of FDA and EC approved polypropylene granulate.

MONOFILAMENT FILTER BAGS
VDB Filter monofilament filter bags have a high efficiency and are available in nylon, polyester and polypropylene for most applications.
They are easy to use, fit in most housings and are economically the right choice in surface filtration (sieving).
